Since our launch in Barcelona in January 2025, we’ve helped countless travelers explore iconic sights while their dogs are safe, happy, and loved nearby.
Now, we’re expanding across Spain – and looking for dog lovers like you to join our pack!
We’re hiring now in Barcelona and we’re also building our sitter network in Madrid, Sevilla, Granada, Málaga, and Valencia. If your city isn’t active yet, you can still apply, we’ll reach out as soon as bookings open in your area.

What you’ll do as a Wander Woofs walker/sitter
Your role is simple: keep dogs safe, happy, and cared for while their humans enjoy Barcelona.
Meet traveling pet parents at an agreed location in Barcelona
Walk and/or supervise their dog while they visit places that aren’t pet-friendly
Follow our care checklist and safety guidelines (always)
Send quick WhatsApp updates (photos + a short check-in)
Return the dog at the agreed time and place

We’re currently hiring in Barcelona. As Wander Woofs grows, we plan to expand to other major cities in Spain. If you’re not in Barcelona yet, you can still apply, we’ll reach out when your city opens.
Requirements to join the pack
We’re looking for responsible dog lovers who are reliable, calm, and great with people too.
18+ and legally able to work in Spain
Based in Barcelona (or able to cover bookings in the city)
Hands-on experience with dogs (walking, sitting, training, rescue, or similar)
Confident handling different breeds, sizes, and temperaments
English required (Spanish strongly preferred; other languages are a plus)
Punctual, communicative, and comfortable using WhatsApp for updates
Able to follow safety rules and care standards every time
Availability on weekends or peak tourist hours is a plus

No, it’s flexible and booking-based. You choose your availability.
